New homes to help complete the Bedminster Green regeneration
Welcome
Thank you for visiting our consultation website for the redevelopment of St Catherine’s Place, which comprises two brownfield sites on Dalby Avenue, located within the Bedminster Green regeneration area.
During this consultation period we welcome your feedback to help shape the application. We will review all comments before submitting our planning application. Importantly, your feedback will be set out in discussions with council officers and statutory bodies as part of the planning application process.
Planning permission has already been granted for these sites (known as plot 3 and plot 4), but these previous plans – by another developer – did not go ahead. Instead, Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital have acquired the sites and are jointly bringing forward proposals for a young persons housing scheme and 267 co-living studio apartments.
We are proposing:
St Paul’s Quarter, Birmingham (Apsley House Capital/Galliard Homes)
430 new homes to rent and 76,000 sq.ft. commercial space
College Gardens, Glasgow (Apsley House Capital)
850 new apartments to rent and 1000 new student bedrooms
